Observe Party’s Elections Regulations-Roland Arthur to NDC Delegates

Communication Officer at the Weija-Gbawe Constituency Lawrence Roland Arthur has appealled  to all delegates to observe the Various Regulations of the National Democratic Congress, NDC as the party elects its Parliamentary candidates tomorrow August 24, 2019.

In a statement, Mr Roland Arthur admonished all Aspirants to also observe the same so that in the end, they all come out even more united  to match the NPP Boot for Boot.

He stated ” I appeal to all delegates to observe the Various Regulations that was spelt out by our Party’s General Secretary in the Press Conference he addressed on Wednesday 21st August 2019 at the Party Headquarters in Adabraka – Accra.”

There will be no elections in 39 constituencies where MP’s and aspirants are unopposed

The National Democratic Congress’ (NDC) upcoming parliamentary primaries will be held in 157 constituencies across the country.

524 aspirants have been cleared to contest in the polls come Saturday, August 24, 2019.

The party also says it has put on hold elections at the Asawase and Ellembelle constituencies as well as three other constituencies due to petitions by some of the aspirants.

Meanwhile, there will be no election in 39 constituencies where incumbent Members of Parliaments (MPs) and aspirants are contesting unopposed.

*SOLIDARITY MESSAGE*

All too soon we have come to an almost end of our Parliamentary Primaries process with just Elections and Declaration of results to be done.

I wish to seize this moment to CONGRATULATE all the Aspirants on their resolve to want to lead their respective Constituencies to Victory2020.

This could only be done together and in Unity. Delegates have heard all you have to say to them and perhaps have already made their minds on which of you to vote for come Saturday 24th August 2019.

I appeal to all delegates to observe the Various Regulations that was spelt out by our Party’s General Secretary in the Press Conference he addressed on Wednesday 21st August 2019 at the Party Headquarters in Adabraka – Accra.

I admonish all Aspirants to also observe the same so that in the end, we come out even more united than we are to match the NPP Boot for Boot with better, more credible, tried and tested Policies and messages that will inspire and build hope for the transformation of our Constituencies and Nation at large.
