Minority Leader in Parliament, Haruna Iddrisu has expressewd worry about what he described as creeping insecurity in the country . Addressing the press on Tuesday, Harunna Iddrisu noted that violence that took place during the Ayawaso West Wuogon elections is state sponsored where personnel instead of protecting the citizenry rather unleashed violence on them.
The minority Leader indicated that what happened in Kumasi cannot be compared in any way to the happenings at the Ayawaso West Wuogon By-election He however called for a swift police action in dealing with the perpetrators of the violence that happened at the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Ashanti Region office in Kumasi on Monday.
